General
It is a program of a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity called Community Ventures.
The Mulberry is owned by a for-profit limited liability company called Opportunity Main Street, LLC. Opportunity Main Street, LLC is owned by more than 20 investors, many of whom are Baltimore residents.
We hope to open in early to mid 2026.
Fill out this application form. At this time, membership is free to qualified applicants.
Most events will be open to the public, but there will be some members-only events and members will get discounts on any entrance charges.
Benefits will include discounts on goods and services at The Mulberry and admission to members-only events.

Interested in participating in activities at The Mulberry
We plan to offer free or low-cost meeting and event space for local organizations whose missions align with ours. Generally, we ask that all meetings and events held at The Mulberry be open to the general public. Members in good standing will receive first priority for using the space. As we get closer to opening, we will be providing a more detailed policy on the use of the space.
Baltimore’s timebanking network is called LetsBmore and members have been actively involved and engaging in exchanges for years. The Baltimore Community Commons, by providing devoted staff and a place to meet, will work with LetsBmore to grow the network and spread timebanking to more people throughout greater Baltimore.
